25m sighting-in range opens 9:30 am until midday
Safety briefing at 9:20 am.
Main Range: at 100 metres
9:30 – 11:00 am Competition Bolt Action Service Rifle (BASR)
4 positions, 5 shots per position
Any military issue bolt action service rifle with iron sights, used without slings or any target clothing or accessories
Aggregate competition contributes to the Military Medal trophy
11:30 am – midday Competition: Rim fire f-Class
.22 LR only
100 m, 7 shots in 15 minutes, best 5 shots to score. Tied scores resolved by smallest group size.
Any centre fire rifle of an approved calibre; any support system but must NOT be joined fore and aft – no sleds. Score is aggregated towards the F-Class Medal
In the afternoon
Main range at 100m
12:30 – 4:30 pm, general practice.
1:00 pm, Competition: Hunters Competition #2
Centre fire novelty event, 5 shots
Any centre fire hunting rifle in an approved calibre
No slings, target clothing or target accessories permitted
Each entry receives a single token to the AGM $500 prize draw
